Description of Project
Project includes construction of 145 sports halls through Macedonia – Model 1 and Model 2
Sport Hall Model 1
Construction of typical Sport Hall Model 1 with area of 620.38 м2 with annex for additional rooms as toilets, dressing rooms, offices and storehouses for equipment and sport hall, entrance porch, windbreak, corridor, office for teacher, toilet, shower, store for paraphernalia men dressing room, woman dressing room, toilets with showers, wash stands. Value of the hall Model 1 approximately €360.000, 00.
Sport Hall Model 2
Construction of typical Sport Hall Model 2 with area of 1176.81 м2 with stands for 500 viewers on which area are additional rooms as toilets, dressing rooms, offices and storehouses for equipment and sport hall, entrance porch, corridor 1, corridor 2, office for teacher, men toilet, woman toilet, store for paraphernalia 1, store for paraphernalia 2, men dressing room, woman dressing room, toilets for persons with special needs. Value of the hall Model 1 approximately €570.000,00

Short Description and quantities of services that were executed by DIWI
he main goal of the Project for Construction and furnishing of 145 School sports halls on the territory of Republic Macedonia is the strategy of the Government of Republic Macedonia for encouraging of sport activities for improvement of health and psychological conditions at the young population, improvement of education capacities of the school institutions and support of sport committees in their activities for involving more young people to do sport.
The main design which is on Macedonian language is typical for 2 models of sports halls: model 1 with total area of 650m2 and model 2 with total area of 1300m2. The Client is Ministry of Education and Science and the project is supported by Europe council with approving credit of part of finances from the Bank for development at the Europe Council, necessary for his implementation.
The contractor is Granit AD Skopje. Planned dead line for finishing works is 36 months.
Contract Conditions are based on the type of Contract for civil works at the bureau for public procurements. For implementation of the design valid are Macedonian standards.
The Engineer is responsible for complete technical and experienced and quantitative and qualitative supervision of the civil works at the sports halls and complete administration for the project.
