Project Description

The main objective of the project is to augment and upgrade teaching and office space and living quarters of the SEE University. Block A 2,700 m² on three levels to accommodate classrooms, offices for professors, dean and administration including a library and computer suites. Block B of about 1,000m² on two levels to accommodate the reception hall, an amphitheatre for 300 students with cafeteria, office space and related services. Block C about 1,500m² on three levels to accommodate 40 apartments for visiting professors.

Project Challenge

Assistance during tender procedure and with contract negotiations for works contract. Supervision of construction of additional facilities at the SEE University.
